Hello boys and girls.
Long time no see. At the moment I have a christmas party here
at home. One of the girls that was here gave me really good news.
She want to join on a video I will make soon as possible. She's not

If you want to increase sensitivity then you should have used something like a leather paddle or even a plastic ruler (flexible type !) or even slapping them lightly with your own hand, beating her feet like that will just bruise or possibly injure her feet as well as decreasing sensitivity over time IMO. If your interested in Falaka and the pain aspect then I suggest you do some research first before going at it like that, the bones in the feet like the hands are very fragile and easily damaged. 😉
