There was a short-lived TV series starring the British pop bans S Club 7, which aired on Fox Family, and I remember seeing the ending of an episode which showed Linda Blair, who played their landlord, tied up, and her bare feet facing the camera. This obviously got my attention, but I didn't recall any tickling, unfortunately.

I’m sure I remember an episode where the two blonde band members, no idea of their names were tied to a bed, barefoot.

I remember an episode of Batman where batman and Robin were secured boots off. Robin was tickle tortured by the henchmen in the other room while Batman was tortured by Catwoman. Never happened.
