Family birthdays-a pattern

Today is my mom's birthday, and my birthday is this coming Friday. As I look around my family, it is awfully strange, but on both sides, all of the significant family birthdays are very close together.
Like me, my father was born very close to his mother's birthday, with her birthday being October 6th, and his on October 9th. His brother's is on Sept 22nd, also close by. My paternal grandfather and aunt were born a week apart on Nov 22 and 29. I have a maternal aunt born on Jan 2nd, and my other maternal aunt, and my 17 year old cousin are both in July, with my aunt on the 13th and cousin on the 30th. I dont know why this is so, but it just seems that in my family, all these birthdays are close together. Almost like the children, especially in the case of my father, myself, and my paternal aunt, were birthday presents to their parents. Perhaps trival information, but interesting I think.

Mine is June 12, my sister's is June 19, my dad's is June 14, and I have a cousin whose is June 17.

Wow, three family birthdays in the same week. Very cool, Maverick. Your dad gets to celebrate his birthday close to father's day. My maternal grandfather's birthday was June 15th, so some years his birthday actually fell out of father's day. Thanks for the reply.

Yep...the only conclusion I can draw, if any real conclusion exists, is that perhaps for some people there is some kind of hereditary factor in determining time spans during which fertility is optimum. Or perhaps simply that they're....very busy, so to speak...during these time spans. I dunno. Grounds for a hypothesis? Or just coincidental nonsense?

2 of my younger brothers were born on Jan. 23rd-one is 22 years old this year, and the other is 15.

Jan 23rd is also my ex-wife's birthday, as well as the date Hulk Hogan first won the WWF title in 1984.

My Oldest son was born on March 3, my youngest son on March 22nd, my other brother on march 23rd, and my youngest daughter on march 24th.

Wow Lazzy, that is one of the more interesting situations I've heard, having two brothers born the same day in different years, and on my birthday too! LOL!

Lazarus, not to steal your thunder....

I have 2 cousins (who are brothers) born on the same day (I can't recall the date right now) 1 year apart... both natural childbirth.
That creeped the family out a little bit.

Not only birthdays....

but wedding anniversaries are right on top of one another. My wifes birthday is 10/7 and my sons birthday is 10/4. Our wedding anniversary is also 10/4 and my in laws in 10/25 (I think). also in May, my mother is 5/15 and my father in law is 5/9.
