I just say a commercial informing everyone that Family Guy is planning on telivison the show on fox for one hour for three sundays. I know that's not overly alot, but it's a start until they give us brand new episodes!

They say it's coming on at 9!

What, old Family Guy episodes on Fox? You know that Adult Swim (Cartoon Network) has been airing old Family Guy episodes every night but Friday for quite some time, right?

Yeah seth mcfarlane(creator of family guy) took his show to cartoon network late nights, seeing how it would fit there and he wouldnt have to compete with the simpsons. However, its just basically like hds said. I read in a magazine that seth mcfarlane doesnt want to do new episodes because he doesnt want the show to drag out like the simpsons has.

I guess maybe the fox network can see how big this show is and regrete removing the show from its lineup.

No shit? Me too! I have all of them practically memorized. I think Family Guy was the funniest thing on TV! There's so much garbage on TV now that I usually pop in a disc as I'm going off to sleep.

I can't wait for the new ones, although now I'm going to have to get some tapes and start recording them.

I wonder how much of the stuff McFarlane wanted to do will get done with the new ones. Listening to the commentaries, I know that he wanted to evolve Stewie away from the "evil genius" personality and more toward the "closet homosexual" one. Not to mention making the Pest Control Commandos recurring characters.

Oh, and do you think Bonnie will ever have that damn baby? Anybody ever notice that she was pregnant for all three seasons and nobody even said a word about her being a bit..."overdue"?

Ah....someone else with the box-set! That line was from the unaired "When You Wish Upon A Weinstein" episode. Of course, they've shown it on TV since (during Christmas, I believe) and of course changed a few of the lyrics from the song.

The musical numbers alone in that show were fantastic, from Peter's version of "U Can't Touch This" to the Emmy-nominated "This House is Freakin' Sweet".

There is also going to be a DVD movie too. It is where stewie goes on the road to find his real dad. I think it is supposed to be released before May.
