Fasting on Yom Kippur

It's that lovely time of the year again where I, along with all the other good Jews in the world, must fast to attest (is that the right word?) to our sins and whatnot. My stomach will not stop grumbling and I still have over 3 hours left until I can actually eat! Ahhhhh!
