There's a brief (7 seconds?) tickling scene where one guy wrestles another onto a couch and tickles him in the ribs. I think he's playfully trying to make the other guy tell him something he doesn't want to reveal. It occurs about halfway through the film.
This 2005 movie was just shown on Lifetime Movie Network today. I was flipping through channels and happened upon that particular scene.
The plot description says "Intertwined tales of three families who grow up on the same street, focusing on the relationship of fathers and sons..." The only actor I recognized was John Mahoney from Frasier fame.
