Favorite animal? (poll)

Was just curious when this thread had me thinking. This could be a favorite housepet, or something you like to see in art, or a spirit animal if you believe in that sort of thing (it makes as much sense as any of the other religions out there!) or maybe even your favorite Anthro species to see tickled if that's your thing. 😉

I was going to vote for either cats or perhaps wolves myself but then I got to thinking and I decided monkeys are pretty cool. I mean, humans generally forget that WE'RE animals, ourselves - as Darwin told one of his lab assistants, "We're the monkeys!" - and as our closest living relatives I think we can learn a lot from Jane Goodall et al. Hence the Hanuman avatar. 😉

It mainly depends on my mood, but more often than not, I generally enjoy a tiger, panther, or the like.

I think elephants are pretty cool too - Ganesha being a close second favorite Hindu god. 🙂 I suppose they could be housepets if the house were big enough? 😉
