What are some of your favorite Christmastime movies? Here's mine...

A Christmas Story, probably my favorite!
Prancer...this movie makes me feel all sentimental and gooey
The Nightmare Before Christmas
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the old animated one that always plays on TV, love it!)
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (the stop-motion animated one that always plays on TV... I watch it every year) 😀
A Christmas Carol, the original
Scrooged

I use to love Prancer as a kid now that is the original Prancer kids not the new one!
A few others would have to be:
Rudolph
The one with Heatmeiser and stuff I can't remember the name of it anymore
Babes In Toyland
Polar Express
Nightmare Before Christmas
theres more but I can't think of all of them but those are a few of my favs

How the Grinch Stole Christmas
A Christmas Carol (the 1951 version with Alastair Sim)

A Christmas Story
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the original, animated version)

White Christmas...

all the cartoons especially A Charlie Brown Christmas..

Scrooge with Alistair Sim...

The Homecoming...about the Walton's Christmas during the depression..

Mr. MagGoo's Christmas Carol...very cute and great tunes..

It's a Wonderful Life...

A Christmas Story..

Home Alone..

It's a Wonderful Life (one of my all time favorite movies EVER, genius, Capra's great masterpeice, possibly his best film awards asside, the onle shame is for some it is the only Capra they know.)
Home Alone (for some laughs)

There are some others, but I'd hafta say that my all time favorite Christmas movie is the original version of "Miracle On 34th Street" starring one of the goddesses from my List, the lovely Maureen O'Hara, Ed Gwenn, and a very young and adorable Natalie Wood. I actually own a copy of "A Christmas Carol" starring Patrick Stewart, but I have yet to open it (I bought it as a gift that I never got around to giving last year), and now it's packed away in one of nearly 200 boxes down in the basement. One of these days, maybe... :cool2:

A Christmas Story

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

White Christmas

Being a big slasher film fan, I vote for Black Christmas (there's a remake coming out soon, everyone go see it!)

A christmas story
How the grinch stole christmas (animated)
Micky Mouse version of a christmas carol
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Rudolph The red nosed reindeer
A garfield Christmas
(not in any particular order)

I love these movies!

Muppet CHristmas Carol ( Michael Caine was awesome as Scrooge, and the songs by Paul Williams....... well everyone knows i'm biased about Paul. 😀
