favorite shows/cartoons as a kid

Think back to the shows you watched as a kid (or, maybe still watch now and then)

What shows would you like to see come on TV again?

As for me, I grow up in late 80's, early 90's, so I watched some very good shows.

But, if I had to pick my favorites, I would have to go with "Super Mario Bros (all)", "Legend of Zelda", and "Capt'n N"

I watched PPG as well as all them others on that list.

I liked the Animaniacs too, and Freakazoid (not sure I spelled that right) and, of course, every kids favorite "MMPG" or "power rangers" (back in the "good ole days"-before they had to stretch for ideas)

Looney Tunes, Snagglepuss (exit, stage left even...), Quick Draw McGraw (now that was a goofy cartoon), Popeye, the Three Stooges .... among others

The dungeons and Dragons cartoon, was always my favourite.

There were some dark overtones too, there was one with a Nazi pilot, who saved the children in the end, there was also the amazing dragon's Graveyard, where they almost kill the head villian.

Garfield And Friends
Batman: The Animated Series
X-Men (the original animated series from the early '90s)


Thankfully I can (and do!) still watch these beloved cartoon gems today; the first two are streaming for free on Amazon Prime and X-Men is available to stream on Hulu. So much nostalgia. I rarely even watch new stuff anymore.
