Any of the ticklees' tickled by Yaqi. There was a petite blonde chick who was tied to a bed. He put lotion on her feet and tickled her with what looked like a bottle brush of some sort and she completely lost it.

I didn't know who this "Howard" was at first. Now I do. I never really liked him, but when he first came out in the 90's I thought he was kinda interesting...I have noticed from looking at things on youtube about tickling, he tends to come up a lot. I wonder if he's a TMF member???
