feather levels?

So ive been noticing that some people here have by there username something along the lines of "third level black feather" (if that doesnt even exist, im sorry). im assuming it means you are a certain level of tickler, but i was wondering how it is attained. im also guessing that it goes from white as least experienced to black, most experienced.....

yep, mine just changed a week ago to orange. I didnt know I had so much piss and wind. btw it automatically changes when you hit a certain number
