Well you said this was before you and your wife got married. If it was many years ago (10+ for example) and the friends kids have moved away minimizing her contact with them then maybe it's no longer a big enough deal to worry about. But if it was fairly recent and the kids are still around, or atleast that one kid you found sucking her toes, maybe you should tell your wife about the incident.

Also keep in mind that if this was a long time ago she might be mad that you waited so long to tell her. If she continued to play the head to foot wrestling games with him and allow herself to be passed out drunk BAREFOOT around someone who will take advantage she may resent the fact that you knew and didn't tell her.
