Feet takes a Licking ("but keeps on ticking")

Liz Lightspeed, tells her slave to clean her feet. At first he uses his hands but she forcefully makes him do it properly with his tongue instead. At times, she even torments him with phrases like the Timex watch commercial of clocks taking a licking but keep on ticking and she applies the phrase to her feet just to remind the slave of his place in life!
