Meh. Channels like this aren't real mainstream content in my opinion. They know full well these requests are fetishistic in nature and pretend like it's just an innocent challenge to hopefully keep things ambiguous enough to still reap the benefits of Youtube's monetization system. Hell, they even put "falaka" in the title, which is purely a fetish term. They're essentially just fetish producers who instead of selling their content on Clips4sale or Onlyfans, get paid by Youtube.
