Female Pen pal, Friendship, tickling?? :)

I'm from just north of Boston.

I would like to find a female pen pal to swap stories, chat, talk tickling and also talk all things foot/shoe related and anything else that tickles your fancy.

Friendship would be great, and who knows, maybe some actual tickling could come about eventually.

I'm primarily a tickler, concentrating almost entirely on the feet (that's 'almost'...I do tickle elsewhere, just have a fetish for the feet...) I'm rarely a 'lee but an open to try anything. I love high heels and simple flats.
