There are two ways to approach this one love.

You can obviously got and hirer someone if thats what ya wont...

However if you wont a better, more real/fun experience then get to know someone first - take ya time to bond with them etc, generally that leads to a situation like you wont (if they are into it too). Friendship leads to play, not the other way round in my experience.

goes the other way around too, if someone tells you that they are ticklish what's the first thing you wanna do? Tickle them. unless theres some reason you wouldn't want to in the first place... but telling the person that you like it would be one way or try tickling them in order for them to try to get you back, where you don't really fight back all that much 😉
