It sounds like you might be using firefox. Right click on the movie link, save target as, download to your computer and then watch the clip.

HHH, library computers usually have a lot of the browser functions disabled for security reasons, so you probably won't be able to view the video there 🙁

Same applies as above... save target as (or) save file as, download and then view the clip.

Altho mistress is right, library filters may prevent you from viewing the clip.
