finally got will & grace tickling clip

i downloaded the will & grace episode that has a tickling scene (i mentioned this ep a while ago in the request section), can anyone recommend a program that will allow me to cut this scene and make it a separate clip? i want to share it, but the whole episode is about 100 mb

you might give the Windows movie maker a try...it is already installed on windows xp...and ya might be able to d/l it from microsoft's site if you dont have xp...

thanks, i now have the scene as a small clip, i´ll contact the rocking and see if he can post it in his site
