I'll tell ya what's far worse, for me...coming across a person with whom tickling's not even on their radar. It's like they don't even know what it is, maybe because they grew up in a house where no one ever tickled anyone, or they never experienced it in their daily interactions, and they don't understand it at all, and it's like they don't even want to.
