Wonder what qualities or characteristics you look for in your tickler....

For me someone close in age, easy to talk to with a good sense of humour and a willingness to travel to me. A creativeness for brainstorming various tickling scenarios and techniques is always appreciated. And as someone who fantasizes about being tickled in a medical setting, it would be an added bonus for me if my tickler was someone who had actual experience as a healthcare professional

My suggestion is find a skilled, generous intimate partner even if they do not share the specific tickling fetish... Be generous in indulging your partner's fetishes, and a good partner will return the favor. If they don't, dump them.
