Yeah, way I see it, they have their feet out in the open like that, and whether or not they know much about foot fetishes, they should know it's still going to garner some attention no matter what, whether it be from a foot fetishist as bftk2005 or just from people passing by.
She may not have expected a quick tickle, or to get a picture taken of her feet, but a girl with her feet out the car window and just relaxing in the car as she was, she's likely not to be an overly shy girl, so there'd likely be very little issue.

That has been my experience 99% of the time. They don't care. They all smile, laugh, and mostly either leave there feet right where they are at or pull them in from the tickle, then put them back out. Only one girl screamed and seemed startled, the rest did not mind at all.

I was out this morning and passed a college computer lab. I saw a foot out the window. I parked and got put and acted as if I was going into the building. I turned and walked back to my car and passed her truck but she pulled her foot in🙁 I waited for a while and she put it back out but then pulled it back in. So I thought I would try something different. I asked her to pose for me with her foot out the window and she said yes. She wore a size 7.5 and was so ticklish she could not keep her foot in place when I tickled it.

6-25-11 No picture this time
This morning I was passing walmart and I saw what looked like two bare soles sticking out of the driver side window of a car crossed at the ankles. I turned into the parking lot and sure enough there they were. The were beautiful with nice arches, they looked to be about a size 7. I grabbed my phone, set it on camera and sprang into action, but damn two people pull up.🙁 An older gentlemen went in rather quickly, but another lady took awhile and finally went in. So without hesitation, I got out, walked up(she was laying down and did not see me). Snapped a pic(atleast I thought I did) and reached up and tickled the arch of her foot. She jumped up and looked at me and I said are you ticklish? She said "yes I am". I walked back to my car and left. As I said I did not get a pic this time, I think the camera had gone into standby, but anyway no pic.

I have been out cruising alot but I havent seen much, problably because it has been so hot here. But this morning about 10:00 am I was cruising through one of my favorite parking lots. I passed by and saw a lady sitting on the passenger side of an SUV so I parked and hung out for a while out of her site. After a little while, sure enough she stuck her bare foot out of her window and pressed it up against the side view mirror. I wish it was propped out better but I didn't want to waste anytime. I got out and walked up to the building and acted like I was looking inside. I then turned around and walked back past her vehicle and snapped a pic(the picture really sucks) and kept walking past her and tickled the tops of her toes. She didnt say anything so I just left. This one sucked big time because not much of her foot was available and she was watching me like a hawk. But hopefully I will have more soon.
