- Go into "post reply"
- Click "Manage Attachments"
- Click browse and selected your file
- Waited for it to says it's uploaded

And have you made sure it's the correct format like .WMV or .RM or .AVI etc.?

- Has the clip/image the right size ?.

Nooooooo!!! Not Rapidshare! They suck!!!! They're crooked! They make you wait 80 minutes between downloads and also make you jump through all other kinds of hoops if you don't pay them a US$12.00 monthly shakedown fee.

Yousendit.com and other alternatives are better. And they're free!

Agreed. A couple of years ago or so, rapidshare seemed to be about the only such site most people knew about. But that was the stone ages, folks. 😉 There are many other alternatives now and rapidshare has got to be one of the worst of the lot by current standards. They're virtual extortionists.
