Flash Your Feet - new look, needs opinions

Hey folks,

I just finished redesigning my site Flash Your Feet.

The first person I showed it to, someone whose opinion I respect, had more constructive criticism about it than kudos. Actually, he didn't give me any positive feedback at all, just comments about what he thought could be better.

I need a second opinion (and third, and fourth...). Is it really that bad?! I thought it looked good...but then again, my opinion is biased.

Could you please give me your honest opinion? I'm looking for comments on layout and design rather than content. Do I need to go back to the drawing board with it?

While you said that you don't need commentary on content, I love the content and as long as I can access your fantastic material- I really don't care about nuts and bolts of a website... just keep it coming!!!
