There's a decent scene in this old Nikkatsu movie where a woman is bound and teased by another, older woman and then also by a man who joins in. At first it's just the older woman teasing her with a peacock feather, but when the man enters, the older woman switches to a wooden back scratcher. Some screenshots below to give some idea.
