Because of being recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and the many problems that it has brought me including a drastic decrease in my sex drive, resulting in much frustration, I decided to see what kind of foods I could eat to repair this horrible condition so I did a search on it and found some very interesting and helpful information that has renewed my confidence in eating healthy. I found info that ranges in increases of sexual functions, appetite, blood flow, moods and even increases in touch sensitivity. Yes, I said that there are things you can eat that will make you more sensitive to "touch"! And in more ways than one. So, here are the links. Some apply to both genders and some only apply to one or the other. It would probably be best to read them all though. It's also good food for thought.
