Would you ever tickle a girl's bare feet (even if THEY were not ticklish at all!)?

Because i have heard of some girl's loving the feeling up fingers or a feather or what have you going up and down thier exposed feet. But it doesn't tickle but they still seem to still enjoy it. But quite frankly i don't see how that is possbile? But i guess it is.

Since I am a foot guy I would say yes. Just getting the satisfaction of touching a sexy foot is always better than nothing.

I've known a couple of girls in my time whose feet weren't ticklish....but whatever sensations they did derive from me tickling them were certainly pleasurable to them. One girl in particular said something about how she could've dealt with what I was doing all day because it felt nice.

I guess if they're not ticklish, they do feel something different, but nonetheless pleasant....for which, is perfectly valid.
