Who else thought in retrospection that in the 1990's cartoon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the writers should have shown the ticklees being restrained and having their footwear removed?
Even though, the tickling as torture was a humourous element and wasn't relevant to the storyline. It would have been nice though. 😎
