:feather: I find the only circumstance this happens the bare toes and sole of my right foot is being tickled in the following manner. My bare toes are suckled/nibbled as my arch and/or sole is lightly scratched by a tender touch. The sensation of tickle is electrified if this happens while I am tied down.

Interesting. Since the thread-starter asked for female-only responses, I won't. But, I am hoping to hear from more ladies on this, to see if there is a trend towards equal vs. uneven ticklishness when it comes to feet.
I have only been tickled once on both my feet. The tickler drew his finger down both of my feet at the same time and they were both quite ticklish :laughing:
