I believe the official term is "footplay" and it's close cousin "shoeplay". Women who always have their feet propped up somewhere, always switching positions. I don't know if it drives all types of foot fetishists crazy, but I'm assuming I'm not the only foot tickler driven insane by this. Always makes me wonder how often those women get tickled just because their feet are always all over the place.
