Foreign cartoon (lady stuck in wall ?/F)

So, I recall a clip being posted a few years ago of a foreign cartoon where a very plump (maybe blonde haired) woman gets stuck in a wall, and someone takes off her shoes and begins to tickle her feet on the other end. I can't remember anything else, or seem to find it anywhere - all I know is that it was a foreign cartoon. Anybody know what I'm talking about? lol
