Here is one of my all time favorite mainstream tickling clips. It happens in the first ten minutes of the movie "Forever Young".

The clip is ten minutes long, so if you don't want to sit through the whole thing, just fast forward to minute 7:30 (if you want some lead up) or to about 8:15 if you just want the tickling. In my opinion, the little bit of lead up makes it even better because you see the playful banter between the two of them.
I can't tell you how many Mel Gibson related tickling fantasies this sparked after the first time I saw this movie...
