Dana White couldn't buy Strikeforce fast enough when they showed their Heavyweight division as a whole was far superior to UFC'S . I wonder if/when arguably the best Heavyweight in the world ; I.E. Josh Barnett will eventually sign with UFC as well

Won't happen. White has said on numerous occasions that he hates Barnett's out-of-ring personality and wants nothing to do with him. Same reason why Todd Duffee was cut from the UFC after his one loss.
