Francis ticklish?

Does anyone know if Francis Macdormat (I don' t know how to spell her name) is ticklish? She starred in the movies Fargo where she was the sheriff, and Mulholland Drive where is was a record producer. In that movie she showed her feet serveral times including the soles which looked very soft and ticklish. She looks like she would be fun to tickle.
