It says it is a calstar clip. They were early producers of tickling videos. Before my time.
 
For some reason I can’t post a direct link, but the movie is available for download on CalStar’s clips4sale page. Be forewarned, however. It isn’t great.

That is the case with most of CalStar’s Tickling films. This was way before the Internet so they didn’t exactly have a lot of reference material and really were probably winging it. Still, id never pass on watching the late Tori Sinclair.
