Free image re-size programs

Does anybody know of or can recommend any good and easy to use programs that can allow you to re-size picture images?

The GIMP, http://www.gimp.org/, is always a good choice. Free and powerful.

I usually work with Irfan: http://www.docsdownloads.com/Tier1/irfan-viewer.htm

Also gives you thumbnail views or slideshows of your stored material, easy to handle.

I have used that one a lot since you posted the link before Hal.

It works like a charm VC and it is indeed easy to use and has a lot of functions. You can split MPGS into individual frames amongst other things.

Highly recommended.

Your right Hal and Venray that is the mother of all re-sizing programs. After a few teaks and learning how to use it right that is. Thanks for suggesting it to me it's great and really simple to use after you get the hang of it
