Not to start a war or anythnig, but if they changed the name of French fries and French toast, why not French dressing? Or French bread?

Oh, by the way: During WW2, the 'hamburger' was called 'Salisbury steak' (some still call it that way), because Hamburg is a German city... 🙄

For those who seriously don't like the French government's policies, boycotting French products will have an effect, if enough people do it. There is plenty of good wine made in California, Oregon, Spain, and Australia, just to name a few such places.

Right now,a bill is going through the PA senate to have the PA liquor control board stop buying French wines. The PA LCB is the single largest purchaser of liquor in the US. This is because we still have the state store system, and the large majority of liquor is sold through these stores.

As far as legality,we'll have to see. Nobody is telling anyone they can't buy French wine.If the bill becomes law,all it will say is that the PA LCB won't buy or sell it.There are some private stores in PA,as well as neighboring states.

It seems to me, that this is a direct contrast to the article in the Constitution that promises "freedom of choice".
