I met my husband on TMF. It was a total “right place, right time” scenario. I had just popped in the chat room for the first time in years, didn’t stay for more than 5 minutes before logging off, and just before I closed my computer, I saw a PM from a guy who mentioned he liked my handle, and we had the same birthday. After responding, I realize he lived in the U.K. and I live in the US. Neither of us were looking for anything serious, but enjoyed each other’s banter. After talking every day for months, he booked a flight to see me. 3 years later and thousands of miles traveled between us, we closed the gap and got married 🙂

We celebrate our one year anniversary this Thursday.

Has anyone actually met anyone on this site that they've legitimately become good friends with or specifically met with in person? Anyone have tickle sessions with someone you met on here?

Yes and yes 🙂 I was in a relationship with one person from here. We remain friends. I have met several others and some are close friends that I’ve stayed in touch with. I’ve met a few others I’ve “played with”. Some I still talk to on occasion, others we haven’t talked in over a decade.
