Hah, figure the odds.
Hah, figure the odds.
The odds depend on how many actually different sets of keys Subaru used that year.
So apparently lots of car manufacturers have only a limited number of different keys.I almost drove off in the wrong car. Had a red Toyota Corolla at the time. Anyway I walked out of Sharpstown Mall and was kind of distracted. Walked up to the car, started it up and began backing out. As I'm looking around I realize (bleep) this isn't my car. So I pulled back in, locked the door and took off. My car was 6 or 7 spaces away but I didn't see it because a Suburban was parked next to me. Just glad the owner didn't walk out while this was going on.

I wonder if the same holds true for the new electronic keys.
Might somebody punch "unlock" on their remote and see two cars flash their tail lights and unlock themselves in response?
