Heh, Kahoshiden, .rar is a compressed format. If you download Winrar, for free (you can find it on google, it's a free trial, but you don't ever have to register it) then you can *un-zip* the file, then play it. That's why you can't get it to work. Good luck!

That's a pretty cool clip. The series I found it in was Yami To Boushi To Hon No Tabibito (Yamibou for short). A nice series if you're into Shoujo Ai, it actually has a plot.
