Heres a good way of messing with somebody's feet.
Tell them to give you a foot and close their eyes, you will gentally touch the tip of a toe, and they have to tell you which toe youre touching.
Its acutally really hard to get it right lol, sometimes it feel like the person is touching your middle toe, when infact, they're touching the 4th toe.
It also leaves them perfectly open to a 'quick tickle', as you can drag a nail don their sole when the game is over (they have their eyes closed, they dont know its coming).
Its a good way to play with somebodys foot even if you dont konw the person incredibly well. After all, you're not doing anythign weird or sexual, youre showing them a 'Mind Vs Body' trick.
