I have a short story about playing guitar hero with a friend of mine and while it may be kind of short, you can hopefully get something out of it for the next time you are playing guitar hero.
I know people are usually into physical details, but this is a close friend of mine and I am not comfortable sharing too much about her. Just a brief overview: she is not very tall around five foot four and overall a smaller girl. I do not know her shoe size, but definitely small whatever it is, probably a 5?
Anyways, we were hanging out at her house with another friend of hers and decided to play guitar hero because it is always good for at least 20 minutes of fun. She decided that we should have a competition to see who could do the best according to % of notes hit, and I agreed knowing that I would was better than her. She was not good at at guitar hero and insisted that she play on easy and that I had to play on expert.
I can play on expert for most songs, but am not amazing at the game so I knew that her playing on easy was not going to be fair (if you have played guitar hero you know how easy 'easy' is). I objected to her playing on easy and she decided that it would be fair if her friend and I were allowed to distract her as long as we did not block the TV or affect her strumming/button pressing.
To be honest tickling did not come to mind right away but her friend brought up tickling her right away! I did not object to this idea, but my friend thought that tickling her sides would obstruct her playing so tickling her feet was the only solution. Again, I did not object.
We were in a bed room so she sat on the bed and we sat on the floor in order to not block her view, each taking a foot as she got ready to play. I did a quick run over of her foot to see what reactions I got and found that right under the toes was the best spot to hit as it caused her to scrunch up instantly. Looking over at her friend I was pleasently surprised to see her actually tickling rather than just scribbling wildly.
We were nice enough to tickle fairly lightly for the most part in order to give her a chance on the songs, plus it was more fun to just tickle her enough to get her laughing, but not too much to make her pull away. At least with me, I feel like there is a perfect level of tickling where the person you are tickling is definitely feeling it, but it is not too much to make them try to get away.
This was a best of 5 competition, which I won in 3 songs, so she played 3 songs like this and was definitely tickled out by the end. Her last song was failed on easy 😛 and it was funny because her feet were too tired to scrunch and her toes were free game and that was bad news for her.
Hope this was a fun read, and make sure to play this way if someone wants to play on easy!
