I think this is a tickle sene. It's when Bender's making beer inside of himself. They are pretending that the beer is a baby. Leela puts her body against Bender's to feel the beer and Bender burps and his stomach vibrates and Leela laughs.The part starts at 4:00 on the clip.Leela may have just laughed because she thought that the burp was funny.

I hate to rain on the parade, but it doesn't appear that Leela is actually touching Bender when he goes off. Way to keep an eye out though.

Yeah, she's just laughing at the burp. Which is a shame, because Leela and Amy both need to be tickled. A lot.
