...is now available for those who wish to give it a spin.

Personally can't recommend it for older machines, though (circa 2002-03); slowed the old desktop down to a crawl, so rolled it back to version 10 and it's working fine.

It works great on my mid-2005 laptop, though ... so far, and I do like the new interface.

Is v11 a major design change? I'm always interested to try new versions of programs just to see if they are an improvement.

Theres also a beta of IE7 out as well, my friend had it on his laptop, he says its quite stable in beta, looks very nice also.
