Gaming Question: KotOR vs. Jedi Academy

Well, I finally got to the end and won Knights of the Old Republic on XBox. I can't say enough about how great a game this is, and if you haven't tried it yet, give it a shot.

I want to pick up Jedi Academy for XBox and was wondering if anyone has played it and if it's a worthwhile game. Better yet, if anyone's played both, how do they stack up? I know that JA is more first-person like the previous Jedi Knight titles as opposed to the turn-based RPG style of KotOR. Is JA worth it after KotOR? I want to give myself some space before taking KotOR on again, this time as a dark-sider.

I'd say go ahead and get Jedi Academy. The games are both great, and different enough that you won't really be spending time comparing the two.

I am downloading the demo of Jedi Academy right now. 😀

I'll play the demo and tell you which I find more fun. Though, neither I play will have been the Xbox version, for the Xbox sucks. I have a feeling it'll be KotOR that I like more, though, probably only because it's just the demo. But, whatever. 🙂

EDIT: Played demo, and it's crazy fun. I am probably going to rent the full version and give it a try soon. You should try it!
