Definitely when I would flirt with girls in grade school, a few of I have kissed. There was one girl I had pretend to be tied up, and she had her arms above her head while I tickled her for a bit.

The answer would be that I could use it as a way of flirting, and/or doing it lightly and quickly during kissing/making out, or even foreplay. My question would be is did the level of interest in this increase with just age depending on everyone’s age, and/or was it either the increase of ease that social media/internet has expanded a lot in the last 20-30 years. For 20 year-olds, this may not really apply to lol.
