Here is part 2. The full clip is actually only 2:36 so the sample clip is shorter than most.

...I appreciate your clips, even if they are short. I was simply "tickled" that you would manufacture a correlation between sample clip and actual clip length.tickler_n_black said:You're welcome.

There should be a correlation there. A 2-minute clip shouldn't have a 1-minute sample just like a 30 minute clip doesn't have a 15-minute sample.1golfer said:...I appreciate your clips, even if they are short. The sample should represent the actual clip you're supposed to buy. Some of the clips TC sells have a large portion of interview in them (~%25). Some people like this; others do not. So if they only showed the tickling parts in their sample, folks would claim they misrepresented the actual clip. That's a much worse offense, IMO.bobbyfisher21 said:Dang, and I thought I was gonna get your usual 14 seconds of preview, half of which are interviews, and adverstising. Maybe a page should be taken from frenchtickling, tickled2death, etc. when it comes to preview clips.

Oh and what you'll find is that TC provides samples of pretty much all their clips. T2D does not; they will tell you that they don't up front because it is a time consuming process. Frenchtickling does provide clips for all, but they form their clips from a much longer "full" video (~30mins) sold on their clips4sale site at a later date. So their sample clips are proportionately longer. Per 5-minute clip, however, they don't actually give much more than TC does. Generally, the major companies' samples are between about 5% and 10% of actual clip/movie length. (BTW, I'm a fan and frequent customer of all these companies and several more.)
You'll probably discover that the companies that give the most away for free (>10%), are generally newer, less established, and probably don't make any money from their operations--yet. I'm glad they're around, but they are primarily "labors of love" for now.

teaseNtickler said:"As a consumer, I am irritated by an 8 second clip with 5 different camera angles and with REALTICKLING plastered across the screen. For that reason, I will not buy it, nor do I often buy RT clips for the same reason. If lots of consumers reacted this way, TIB and RT would change in reaction to the market, or they would lose customer. The fact that TIB thumbs his nose at the comments indicates that he is either an idiot, or that the mass market doesn't care that the preview clips are so short. (economics 101)"
you have a right to be "irritated" by his free sample clips (which means clips that you download without paying for), and we have a "right" to be "irritated" by the very few around here who complain about a producer who offers free media content to the tickle community. You are in the small minority that believes that free content should suit your particular tastes and "relieve your own personal irritation".....("Gratitude" 101)......and perhaps the fact that "lots of consumers" are not "reacting" in your complaining manner, is an indication, even to the simpletons like me, that there is no real evident major problem with the free T C sample clips?

Consumers have a right to complain - so lighten up on those voicing their opinions. In fact, TIB should actually appreciate the comments and market feedback even if he disagrees. TIB also has a right to disregard or thumb his nose at negative comments. Hey, he gets to tickle pretty girls for a living, so why should he care about the market.
whiners have a "right" to voice their complaints about anything.....there are folks who may click on a free T C clip and exercize there "right" to complain that there was no "elbow tickling" in the free T C clip......sure, T I B may lose a few bucks from the "elbow tickling fans" by "disregarding there feedback", but that is the "marketing decision" he has chosen, right?![]()
the overwelming majority of tickle media producers DO NOT offer free sample clips, which of course is there perogative, and I do not buy from producers who do not provide sample clips, as I have been burned many times by great looking tickle pictures from horrible tickle movies.....
but neither do I whine and complain to them about their decision not to provide samples...that is a "marketing decision" they have chosen, and they have a "right" to do so.....
they do not have a "right" to my money....![]()
nobody is questioning your right to complain to someone who gives you something for free, (as ingracious as that may appear to the majority of us around here)....it's just that many of us would rather expend our valuable time on more meaningful endeavors.....and not have to hear your complaints..... 😎
