Hey guys,
I just stumbled upon the german-speaking dating site sinners & saints, that matches profiles by their interests, fetishes and sexual orientations. Tickling is also included, so you can explicitely search for profiles in your area, who are interested in tickling. Sadly, the site only covers Germany, Switzerland and Austria. But as fas as I am aware, not even Fetlife offers such a search option.
