This is from the German TV program "Alles Wissen". The topic is Why are we ticklish? and Why can't we tickle ourselves?. The video material was partly used already in the program "Visite" which was posted some time ago. But there are some new scenes as well. If you don't understand German you don't miss anything in my opinion because it's always the same in those reports.

First, this is awesome, thanks. The last bit of footage with the girls in bikinis is something I haven't seen before.

If you can tear your eyes away from them, you notice that the feather is on some weird contraption. What's up with that? I think those last few bits must be part of some larger video segment where that makes sense.
