Getting it First vs. The Revenge

It occurs to me as I think about it that the two people I allude to above are both people who seemed genuinely to hate the loss of control that comes with being tickled, and so in revenge they felt compelled to inflict that same loss of control on the perpetrator, only even worse, presumably to motivate me never to tickle them again (which I have to admit pretty much worked).

The girl I lived with would tickle me occasionally, but she had lost her ticklishness totally after her second child so I never could get revenge. Her tickling was usually in response to me being a smartass, so I guess it could be seen as revenge tickling, as it was a direct response to being triggered. 😀

I've kinda been in that same situation before, it sucked in that I couldn't get her back, but also one sided tickling is still better than absolutely none....I suppose.
