Getting ready for my first tickling meet-up

This weekend I plan on meeting someone, and for the first time doing a serious tickle meet up, and I had three questions.

1. What tools do you find especially fun (feet or upperbody)
2. What restraints do you recomend (on a budget)
and finally 3. What sensitivity increasing ideas do you have? I hear a blindfold works, I've heard putting vaseline on the lee's feet for a few hours first works, any others?

Also any other hints or tips would be MUCH appreciated.
